Evaluación de los riesgos psicosociales presentes en el Colegio Infantil Futuros Sabios y su contribución a los costos de no calidad empresarial

Keep in mind that many of these changes offer opportunities in development, however when employers or organizations try to achieve these opportunities in order to compete and stand out among other companies most of the time they do it in an incorrect way and it is there where the psychosocial risk factors are inclined to the negative part by the poor organization of work increasing the psychosocial risks, which will produce illnesses to the workers hindering their daily work. If employers do not avoid exposing their workers to psychosocial risks, they will have stress, resulting in poor performance and in the long term they will have serious health problems. Employers are obliged to reduce psychosocial risks in terms of occupational safety and health; However, many of the organizations have a misperception about intervening or carrying out evaluations to validate the level of psychosocial risks. Many think that investing in evaluations is losing money, without knowing that these risks are damaging them financially. When employees are affected by these psychosocial risks, companies are practically directly affected by increases in costs (doctors, insurance, replacement personnel). The companies are hit by the affectation of the production, the high levels of absenteeism and in many cases the rotation of the personnel. The purpose of the present work of degree is the identification and evaluation of the psychosocial risks and how they contribute to the costs within the future wise RIESGOS PSICOSOCIALES Y SU CONTRIBUCION A LOS COSTOS 14 children's school. The fulfillment of these objectives was carried out with the first phase, which was the identification and evaluation of the psychosocial risk factors with the implementation of the intralaboral psycho-social risk battery form A. In the second phase, the most relevant risk factors were obtained and, as they affected the development of the employees' daily activities, all the factors were detailed and explained in an appropriate manner. In the third phase, the non quality and loss costs that are being generated due to the psychosocial risks that are present within the educational institution were calculated. In the last phase and taking into account the results, improvements were proposed, conclusions of the research were establishedEn la actualidad los riesgos psicosociales se relacionan con el trabajo de una manera inimaginable, los efectos negativos para la salud de los trabajadores y las organizaciones empresariales que cada día más se ven envueltas por estos riesgos psicosociales. Los continuos cambios, aunque sean pequeños afectan a los lugares de trabajo de toda Colombia, lo cual genera desafíos diarios para la salud y seguridad en el trabajo. Hay que tener en cuenta que muchos de estos cambios ofrecen oportunidades en desarrollo, sin embargo cuando los empresarios o las organizaciones tratan de alcanzar estas oportunidades con el fin de competir y resaltar entre las demás compañías la mayoría de veces lo hacen de una forma incorrecta y es ahí donde los factores de riesgo psicosocial se inclinan a la parte negativa por la mala organización del trabajo aumentando los riesgos psicosociales, los cuales van a producir enfermedades a los trabajadores entorpeciendo su trabajo diario. Si los empresarios no evitan la exposición de sus trabajadores a los riesgos psicosociales estos van a tener estrés dándoles como resultado un rendimiento escaso y a largo plazo tendrán graves problemas de salud. Los empresarios están en la obligación de reducir los riesgos psicosociales en materia de seguridad y salud en el trabajo; sin embargo, muchas de las organizaciones tienen una percepción errónea acerca de intervenir o realizar evaluaciones para validar el nivel de los riesgos psicosociales, muchos piensan que invertir para realizar evaluaciones es perder el dinero, sin saber que estos riesgos los están perjudicando financieramente. Cuando los empleados se ven afectados por estos riesgos psicosociales las empresas de forma prácticamente directa se ven afectadas en aumentos en los costos (médicos, seguro, personal de reemplazo). Las empresas se ven golpeadas por la afectación de la producción, los altos niveles de ausentismo y en muchos casos la rotación del personal. RIESGOS PSICOSOCIALES Y SU CONTRIBUCION A LOS COSTOS 12 El propósito del presente trabajo de grado es la identificación y evaluación de los riesgos psicosociales y como contribuyen estos a los costos dentro del colegio infantil futuros sabios. El cumplimiento de estos objetivos se llevó a cabo con la primera fase que fue la identificación y evaluación de los factores de riesgo psicosocial con la implementación de la batería de riesgos psicosociales intralaboral forma A. En la segunda fase se obtuvieron los factores de riesgo más relevantes y como repercutían en el desarrollo de las actividades diarias de los empleados, se detallaron todos los factores y se explicaron de una forma adecuada. En la tercera fase se calcularon los costos de no calidad y de perdida que se están generando por los riesgos psicosociales que están presente dentro de la institución educativa. En la última fase ya teniendo en cuenta los resultados, se propusieron mejoras, se establecieron conclusiones de lo investigado
